Role details

As CTO, you will oversee product development, define the tech vision, manage architecture decisions, lead and mentor a team of 5 engineers, and work closely with the CEO to scale the product and company. You will also contribute directly to the codebase, especially in early stages.

Desired experience

• Proven experience as CTO or tech lead in SaaS startups (min 3+ years).
• Strong background in Python (FastAPI), React, Typescript, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Docker, MongoDB.
• Understanding of scalable architectures, cloud infrastructure, and devops.
• Leadership skills and experience managing remote teams.
• Product-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience in startup or 0-to-1 product development is a plus.
• Strategic thinking with operational execution.

Additional information

Type: Full-time freelancer contract

Compensation: €3,500-€4,000/month + potential equity + bonuses
