Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create high-quality shows that engage listeners and maximize retention across all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions, etc.).
- Analyze show performance and conduct root cause analysis in case of drops in listenership at any point of a show.
- Manage the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions, coordinating with sound engineers, and managing post-production.
- Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
- Collaborate with the content and creation team to understand the content pipeline and plan resources accordingly.
- Contribute innovative ideas to keep content exciting, including suggestions related to sound design, production processes, and final output.
- Provide ongoing feedback to help host talent reach their full potential.
- Coordinate with Category Managers and Program Managers to help manage P&L for the category, working with talent and talent representatives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
- Native Italian speaker and fluent in English.
- Background in audio work is a plus.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about audio production, with innovative ideas for creating successful shows.
- Strategic thinker with creative flair and strong project management skills to craft and execute world-class creative strategies.
- High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience interacting with talent and talent representatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and comfortably interact with people from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
Location: Remote, Anywhere in Italy.
Language Proficiency: English and Italian.
