Basic Purpose of the Job

The Consumer Value Project Coordinator plays a key role in managing, optimizing, and scaling clientelling and consumer engagement projects worldwide, aligning with Zegna’s business strategy. Working closely with CVM, Digital Transformation, Marketing, Retail, and Regions, the Coordinator ensures projects are structured, data-driven, and scalable across markets. This role requires strong business acumen, project management skills, and the ability to translate strategy into operational actions focused on innovation and customer-centricity.

Your Daily Responsibilities
  1. Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of clientelling projects and consumer engagement initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
  2. Drive process optimization to make clientelling initiatives efficient, measurable, and scalable.
  3. Act as the liaison between HQ and regional teams, ensuring local execution aligns with global strategy and integrates with CVM, store operations, and digital channels.
  4. Collaborate with retail teams to optimize clientelling methodologies, ensuring they are practical, user-friendly, and impactful.
  5. Define and monitor KPIs related to clientelling effectiveness, consumer engagement, and ROI.
  6. Partner with Data & Insights teams to analyze customer behavior and segmentation.
  7. Work with digital transformation teams to integrate clientelling into store and online experiences.
  8. Identify and propose innovative approaches to consumer engagement, leveraging digital tools, AI, and omnichannel strategies.
  9. Support pilots and test initiatives, validating new clientelling technologies before scaling.
  10. Collaborate with training teams to equip store staff with the tools and knowledge for effective clientelling.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting or luxury retail.
  • Strong project management skills in consumer-focused initiatives.
  • Data-driven mindset with strategic insight translation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • Understanding of CVM, clientelling applications, and digital engagement tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with HQ and regional teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
