We are currently compiling a pool of qualified professionals interested in the role of (Interim) Reporting Assistant to potentially support Frontex, an EU Institution based in Poland and a prospective client of NTU. About the Position

An esteemed EU institution is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Assistant to provide temporary support in data analysis and statistical reporting. The selected candidate will assist in transforming data into clear, insightful reports to support decision-making processes within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Complete and oversee a variety of assignments involving the systematic collection, compilation, and interpretation of numerical data.
2. Produce charts, tables, and graphs to visually represent statistical analysis.
3. Prepare comprehensive statistical reports, including the interpretation of data sets.
4. Assist in evaluating and interpreting research results.
5. Develop sampling techniques and processes that are easy to analyze and interpret.

Requirements

• Experience in data collection, statistical analysis, or reporting, preferably within an EU institution or public sector organization.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to present data in a clear and accessible format for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of EU working procedures and languages (English required, other EU languages are an asset).
