Position: Senior Commercial Account Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Area Manager for a leading company in the packaging sector.

Ideal Profile:
  • High school diploma and/or Bachelor's degree with excellent academic record.
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within structured companies focused on national and international markets in packaging solutions; experience in selling goods/services/products to manufacturing companies is also valuable. Technical-commercial background is a plus.
  • Strong commercial aptitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate commercial opportunities.
  • Experience in managing requests and preparing offers.
  • Excellent relational and communication skills, especially with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Self-motivated, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience.
  • Desire for professional growth aligned with company growth.
  • Passion for the sector and the work.
  • Analytical, rigorous, reliable, with good personal balance.
  • Motivated, proactive, mature, and with initiative.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Proficient in PC use, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Knowledge of English is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities through effective relationships.
  • Manage and develop the client portfolio.
  • Quickly analyze and evaluate prospects' requests.
  • Manage the offering process, from analysis to proposal presentation.
  • Coordinate and develop proposals involving all stakeholders.
  • Participate in trade fairs and industry events, supporting brand visibility.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and prospects, providing high-quality service.
  • Prepare activity reports for management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Location: Central North zone - Toscana, Umbria, Emilia Romagna (company headquarters in Bergamo)
