Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs. This role offers full remote work with flexible hours.

Requirements

1. Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
2. 5+ years of experience developing scalable, high-performance components using Java (Java 8+) and/or Spring.
3. 3+ years of experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
4. Knowledge of Apache Kafka and distributed system communication.
5. Proven experience integrating REST APIs.
6. Familiarity with low-latency distributed systems.
7. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

1. Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
2. Familiarity with reactive programming.
3. Experience with Python.
4. Previous experience in sports betting, gaming, or sports analytics sectors.
