Job Description:

Adecco Italia s.p.a. is looking for a Queue Flow Management Assistant. The profile will work in Crotone or Udine and will be responsible for tasks under the supervision of the Line manager, including:

  • Developing and maintaining updated paper or electronic filing systems;
  • Responding to applicants' queries regarding case progress and supporting follow-up on complex asylum procedures;
  • Monitoring the asylum applicants' flow, ensuring appointments are respected, and managing access to interview areas;
  • Informing experts conducting registrations, interviews, and activities about the presence of invited applicants to start activities on time;
  • Monitoring activity progress, facilitating applicants' needs, and ensuring smooth procedural steps;
  • Providing general administrative support and assistance as needed;
  • Performing any other duties in the service's interest.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Secondary education with a diploma (EQF 4 or equivalent) and relevant professional experience;
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in similar tasks;
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office;
  • Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written).
