The selected candidates will work in a dynamic environment, engaging with guests and proactively managing their needs to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

1. Welcoming guests
2. Managing rental experience
3. Handling back-office tasks (updating records and preparing rental contracts)
4. Managing reservations
5. Handling inbound calls/emails/chat
6. Managing the car fleet and company vehicles
7. Customer orientation
8. Sales aptitude
9. Excellent interpersonal skills
10. Fluent in English (level B2); knowledge of a second language is a plus
11. Previous experience in sales/promotions is preferred
12. Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday (7 AM - 11 PM)
13. Initial training and passive onboarding at the point of sale

Contract details:

• Type: Fixed-term contract for 6 months with direct hiring
• Part-time: 30 hours per week, shifts from Monday to Sunday with one day off per week
• Location: Linate Airport
