Role Overview

As a Deal Structuring and Pricing (DSP) professional, you will shape deal financials for high-risk and complex client engagements, including multinational arrangements, joint ventures, alliances, acquisitions, and other equity transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop financial models and business cases to identify and maximize value for both Accenture and clients.
2. Apply various pricing methodologies to meet company and client objectives.
3. Prepare financial statements supporting client engagements in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture policies, and standards.
4. Represent contract financials during approval meetings.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years' relevant experience in finance roles such as audit, accounting, controlling, reporting, or commercial.
• Proficient in financial modeling, concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback), and budgeting techniques.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Fluent in English.
