Starting Pay and Shift Details

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour

Additional $1.5 shift differential from 6 pm to 6 am

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 0-1 years of experience preferred; must be 18+
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically active
• Operate machines safely with minimal supervision
• Lift up to 50 lbs., including bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Stand and walk on concrete for extended periods
• Work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
• Perform basic math and follow production specifications
• Relay information effectively across all employee levels
• Availability for overtime or weekend shifts (hours may vary)
• Complete post-offer background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment with simple functions
• Set up and pre-run equipment for production startup
• Control line speeds, batch formulas, and ensure product quality and safety
• Conduct quality checks
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Complete necessary paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP) using SAP, SOPs, etc.
• Maintain professional conduct aligned with company standards
