Your Responsibilities
  1. Reporting to the Sales Manager, execute commercial strategies for growing the Mowi Brand in the Food Service channel in alignment with company goals in Mowi Italia Region (CEE).
  2. Strengthen Mowi’s position by promoting its values—quality, sustainability, and innovation—and differentiate it as a premium seafood leader.
  3. Build and maintain partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and other key stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
  1. Experience in Food Service: minimum 5 years proven experience working with clients in the Food Service sector (experience with seafood is a plus) and fresh or ultra-fresh sector.
  2. Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting business partnerships.
  3. Negotiation and Analytical Skills: Demonstrated success in executing strategies that achieve sales goals.
  4. Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
  5. Adaptability and Growth Mindset: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
