Medtronic Financial Services supports the financing needs of our end-user customers, providing solutions for hospitals and healthcare facilities investing in high-value equipment like the O-arm and Hugo surgical systems. Our team collaborates with external partners for underwriting and sales coordination.

We are seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to drive the financial services strategy across various regions/countries. This role requires a project management mindset to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, ensuring seamless execution of financing solutions and business objectives.

The successful candidate will support multiple European countries and can be located remotely in any of these countries: UK&I, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Nordics, Poland, Czech Republic, Benelux.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  1. Leading cross-functional projects aimed at gross margin improvement and operational excellence, including deploying training modules across organizational units and regions.
  2. Developing and implementing financing strategies for Medtronic's capital equipment sales in collaboration with external partners.
  3. Coordinating with stakeholders to manage and execute the operating agenda, ensuring accountability and alignment with business goals.
  4. Driving initiatives related to Profit and Loss (P&L) management and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking to support strategic decision-making.
  5. Collaborating with a dedicated team, including leadership and finance experts, to provide guidance and support for team success.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of sales management experience, preferably in financial services or capital equipment financing (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
  2. Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  3. Excellent communication skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on strategic outcomes.
  5. Experience with digital platforms and resources is a plus.
  6. Proficiency in English at a professional, business level.
