General Description:

Under the direction of the Regional Field Manager, the individual will be responsible for maximizing BeiGene's products in the assigned territory. The Key Account Manager (KAM), in collaboration with Market Access and Medical colleagues, will implement the business strategy and achieve sales targets within an approved budget. The KAM will develop territory-specific strategic account plans in alignment with other functions and support key account customers in an honest, open-minded, and appreciative manner.

Area of responsibility: Toscana, Liguria, Emilia Romagna

Preferred residence: Firenze, Bologna

Essential Functions:

  • Build BeiGene's brand and awareness in the hematology-oncology market in the served area, establishing the company as a key scientific and healthcare partner
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
  • Manage regional sales, company reputation, access goals, and performance parameters in coordination with other departments
  • Implement and execute commercial projects to optimize patient care with key customers
  • Organize and conduct local symposia and workshops with key customers
  • Gather insights and analyze information to identify strategic opportunities at the account level
  • Participate in and support customer care at local, national, and international meetings and symposia
  • Ensure compliance with all activities, maintaining high ethical standards aligned with company values
  • Operate in accordance with BeiGene's Standards of Conduct and applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Life science degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Several years of qualified experience as a commercial representative in hematology-oncology, preferably with knowledge of Lymphomas
  • Scientific education and experience relevant to the role
  • Knowledge in hematology-oncology and project management
  • Alignment with BeiGene's values and loyalty to the company
