Job Title: Impiegato /a Amministrativo Contabile

Company Description

Synergie Italia, an employment agency based in Varese, is recruiting for a client company.

Position Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Managing invoicing (both outgoing and incoming)
2. Monthly Intrastat reporting
3. Monthly VAT settlement and F24 payments
4. Salary registration
5. First note entries
6. Periodic monthly financial statements and year-end closing
7. Preparation of VAT declaration data
8. Managing collections, payments, and reminders

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of double-entry accounting software
• Preferred knowledge of the Datev management system

Additional Information

• Employment contract: Permanent or fixed-term depending on experience
• Working hours: Full-time, 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday
• Work location: Legnano (MI)
