Channel Marketing Specialist

Renesas is looking for a marketing-minded new graduate to enhance our GTM strategy by visiting distributor key branch offices regularly. The role involves driving the execution of Renesas promotions, organizing focused trainings tailored to the offices' customer structures, following up on regional initiatives, and collecting feedback to improve our processes.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying distributor and broad market customer needs.
  2. Establishing close relationships with distributors' sales and FAE teams, following up on marketing activities, and gathering feedback for improvements.
  3. Collaborating with distributors to address market needs through new solutions and services.
  4. Creating and executing tailored action plans to meet these needs and implement improvements.
  5. Contributing to and achieving design-in and revenue growth targets.
  6. Providing feedback for the creation of sales and distribution enablement materials to enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or about to graduate in business administration, marketing, or engineering.
  • Experience working with large retailers in marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to consolidate market needs, develop action plans, and follow up effectively.
