Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead our audio production team and manage the creation of engaging shows that retain listeners across all stages. This role involves overseeing production schedules, leading audio production processes, collaborating with content teams, and innovating content delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to produce high-quality shows that maximize listener retention.
2. Analyze show performance metrics and conduct root cause analysis to address drops in listenership.
3. Manage production schedules for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions, sound engineers, and post-production.
4. Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
5. Collaborate with content teams to plan resources based on the content pipeline.
6. Contribute innovative ideas for sound design, production processes, and final output to keep content fresh and engaging.
7. Provide feedback to hosts to help them reach their full potential.
8. Work with Category and Program Managers to manage P&L and coordinate with talent and their representatives.
9. Maintain high standards of interpersonal and communication skills, working effectively under pressure and with diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or related fields.
2. Native Italian speaker and fluent in English.
3. Background in audio work is advantageous.
4. Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating hit shows.
5. Strategic thinker with creative flair and strong project management skills.
6. High attention to detail, especially in fast-paced environments.
7. Experience working with talent and talent representatives.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
