To expand our IT Team in Milan, we are seeking a Digital Engineering Specialist who will report directly to the Digital Engineering/BIM Manager and will be primarily responsible for:

  1. Supporting the BIM Manager in implementing the BIM Management System.
  2. Participating in the drafting of the BEP (BIM Execution Plan).
  3. Defining procedures for the company's and project's BIM Management System.
  4. Managing the CDE, users, training, and new functionalities in BIM projects.
  5. Validating models, quality checks, and model verification.
  6. Supervising deliverables and extracting data from BIM models.
  7. Providing support to engineering and BIM design processes.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong predisposition for innovation and passion for digital processes in the AEC and Plant sectors. They will work in a stimulating and dynamic environment, where they can enhance their skills and contribute to improving company BIM processes and supporting projects. The candidate, within the Digital department, will be responsible for developing company BIM standards following the BIM manager's guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Plant/Civil Engineering with a focus on IT and digitalization of design.
  • At least 2 years of experience in BIM.
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud platform.
  • Knowledge of BIM processes for collaboration and coordination between disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, Civil 3D.
  • Dynamo scripting and programming knowledge are a plus.
  • Preferred knowledge of Hexagon Cadworx, Aveva E3D, Hexagon Smart3D.
  • Knowledge of ISO19650 and UNI11337 standards.
  • Good operational skills and interoperability with Civil 3D.
  • English level B2; Spanish is an advantage.
  • Teamwork, innovation, and ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
