KAM ANTI INFECTIVES LOMBARDIA

ADVANZ PHARMA is a global pharmaceutical company with a strategic focus on specialty and hospital pharmaceuticals. They are committed to improving patients' lives by providing and enhancing the specialty and hospital medicines they depend on.

Main purpose of role:

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Key Account Manager AI will be the direct link to healthcare professionals (doctors and hospital pharmacists) in LOMBARDY, responsible for sales, brand positioning, communication of the clinical and economic benefits of the products, building relationships, educating staff, and identifying new opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Call on targeted healthcare professionals (Infectiologists and Pharmacists) in the territory to deliver disease and product-related information in accordance with the Summary of Product Characteristics and Decree n. 219 /2006 and its amendments.
  2. Collect observations on side effects and counter-indications/risks of drugs and notify the Pharmacovigilance Department.
  3. Develop and execute integrated account action plans across all relevant communication channels.
  4. Utilize multi-channel tools to support customer engagement, disease understanding, and brand awareness.
  5. Achieve the defined territory goals.
  6. Establish and maintain quality, trustful relationships with opinion leaders, hospital pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
  7. Maintain comprehensive clinical and pharmacoeconomic knowledge of the products.
  8. Support disease awareness through scientific information and educational programs for HCPs.
  9. Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the CRM system and submit managerial reports.
  10. Collaborate with Regional Access Managers and MSLs to share best practices and create opportunities for product adoption.
  11. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory agencies, policies, guidelines, and corporate procedures.
  12. Candidates should combine strong skills, robust experience, high energy, an entrepreneurial approach, and a collaborative spirit to adapt positively to the evolving climate.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in hospital key account management.
  2. Significant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, especially in specialty care (experience in Infectiology is a plus).
  3. Proven success in exceeding goal targets.
  4. Experience with new product launches is a plus.
  5. Experience building a business from scratch is a plus.
  6. Ability to work in a matrix organization, including cross-functional activities with Market Access, MED Aff, and Marketing, is highly valued.
