Your Role

We are looking for a result-driven and creative Marketing Manager for Hospitality & Residential, responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of all marketing initiatives in these segments. The main focus is to define and manage the marketing plan for the assigned segments, ensuring that Operators, Technogym Subsidiaries, and Distributors receive the right support to deliver a superior user experience to guests, students, and residents through Technogym products and solutions. The ideal candidate is a team player who can create a positive working environment, maintain team spirit, and encourage colleagues to perform their best.

Your Impact
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the global hospitality & residential marketing strategy at the local level through localization to increase effectiveness, avoiding discrepancies from brand and marketing guidelines.
  • Guarantee consistency in all the Global go-to-market initiatives in the H&R segment, verifying that all assets are used to their full potential and deployment is synchronized with Technogym marketing plans.
  • Ensure Technogym's Brand positioning remains consistent in the H&R Segment across all assigned countries, with local marketing activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and achieving sales targets.
  • Support subsidiaries in executing marketing activities and events (clinics, trade shows, roadshows, exhibitions, seminars, activations, advertising) by planning and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure proper local execution.
  • Ensure the correct use of Salesforce to track the effectiveness (ROI) of marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Help subsidiaries maintain a clean, consistent database aligned with business objectives to facilitate structured marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with local subsidiaries to select suitable Operators for consumer activation and to identify best practices for business models or top locations to amplify via different touch points.
  • Support local subsidiaries in creating activations at Operator facilities, Top Locations, or Boutiques, and amplify these via press releases, social media, paid advertising, newsletters, etc.
  • Drive subsidiaries to develop local best practices in Hospitality & Residential Marketing to be shared and amplified across channels.
  • Encourage distributors to install Sellout materials in all B2B locations to increase brand awareness, especially where they attract the target consumer audience for Technogym Home.
About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic, proactive, down-to-earth, and ethical. You are engaging, highly motivated, with high empathy, and passionate about the Hospitality segment.

  • 8+ years’ experience in Trade Marketing & Hospitality
  • Master’s degree, preferably in Hospitality with honors (e.g., Glion, FIU, EHL, Cornell University)
  • Passion & experience in Fitness, Health, Sport is a plus
  • Strong marketing and market analysis skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Project management and problem-solving skills
  • Marketing mindset with strong brand perception
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong digital marketing skills
