How will you make an impact?
- Provide comprehensive support to Management, efficiently managing the agenda, organizing meetings and appointments.
- Plan and coordinate business trips, including flights, hotels, and transfers, managing related expense reports.
- Organize corporate events, both internal and external, managing logistics, supplier management, and communication.
- Manage correspondence, drafting communications, presentations, and reports in Italian and English.
- Filter incoming and outgoing communications, managing priorities and ensuring an efficient flow of information.
- Support Management in the management of special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and implement sustainability initiatives within the company, in line with Richemont Group policies.
How will you experience success with us?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the role of Executive Assistant or in similar positions.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and video conferencing platforms.
- Interest and sensitivity to environmental and social sustainability issues.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, managing priorities effectively.
