About the Role

To support our growth, we are looking for a Real Estate Agent. Whether you have a proven track record in business or a robust network of contacts, our brokers operate within a professional and international team, fostering a pleasant and dynamic atmosphere. We offer a motivating compensation package based on your role as a sales representative or sales agent.

Responsibilities

  1. Prospect for new properties using Italy Sotheby’s International Realty marketing tools.
  2. Establish and nurture a strong network of contacts, including prescribers, partners, and opinion leaders.
  3. Conduct high-end residential real estate property assessments within the agency sector.
  4. Organize and facilitate property viewings.
  5. Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of all parties involved.
  6. Provide guidance and support to buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.
  7. Analyze the real estate market and stay abreast of industry trends.
  8. Participate in team meetings.
