We are currently seeking a Presales Engineer for a full-time, remote position based in Italy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting business development through roadshows and workshops;
  • Serving as the technical expert during sales meetings, managing technical communications and solutions;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with partners, earning trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs;
  • Preparing technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sales support;
  • Providing product training to ensure partners understand EcoFlow’s USPs;
  • Gathering feedback from clients and partners to collaborate with R&D for product improvements;
  • Assisting partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields;
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, with preference for experience in residential energy storage;
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and group training;
  • Good listener, solution-oriented thinker, and quick learner of complex information;
  • Passion for the industry and willingness to learn continuously;
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like French, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
