Role Description

Fitness Coach Wanted – Luxury Resort in Sardinia, Italy ️

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fitness Coach to join one of our stunning 5-star partner resorts in Sardinia, Italy!

Location: Luxury Resort – Sardinia, Italy

Contract Dates: End of May 2025 – End of September 2025

️️ Role: Fitness Coaching (Private & Group Sessions)

Requirements:

*High level of fitness and technical knowledge (personal training, wellness, stretching, HIIT, etc.)

*Previous experience working in luxury resorts or hospitality is a strong asset

*Proactive, dynamic, and professional attitude

*Comfortable promoting and selling private sessions to resort guests

* EU Passport

*Fluent English (Italian or other languages are a plus)
