Role Overview

As a Front-End Digital Design Engineer, it is important to stay current with the latest technical solutions and technologies, be innovative and creative, take initiative, work autonomously, and collaborate as part of a team of technical experts.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a flexible and dynamic team in the digital networking and high-speed interface chips market. The position involves working within the digital design team to create efficient digital designs.

Locations

The team is based in Cornaredo and Naples.

Main Responsibilities

1. Define circuit design specifications.
2. Develop and verify RTL code.
3. Create scripts for circuit synthesis, verification, Linting, and CDC checks.
4. Produce technical documentation for the designs.
5. Coordinate and report activities with stakeholders.

Profile

Who We Are Looking For

Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Hardware Description Languages (Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL).
• Experience with CDC, RDC, LINT.

Added values:

• Experience in Front-End Implementation: Synthesis, Formal Verification, Static Timing.
• Exposure to scripting languages (PERL, TCL, PYTHON).
• Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink.
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams from New Product Proposal to Product End of Life.
