About the role

We have an exciting opening for a Senior Backend Engineer who can see the big picture and balance the pursuit of software quality with a pragmatic approach to help us scale. If you're proactive, creative, hands-on, and eager to improve Sequra's product with ownership and collaboration, this is the place for you. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to technical and architectural decisions and help create new teams as we grow.

What you'll do

Main requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, clean coding, TDD, and agile methodologies. Experience with functional programming and DDD is a plus.
