Position: Digital Transformation Trainer (Freelance)

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Trainer to join our team of educators, focusing on technical and transversal skills, particularly on Microsoft Copilot and the MR365 suite, to support our digital adoption projects within large organizations across various sectors.

The role involves leading training sessions and events to facilitate digital technology adoption within corporate environments. The ideal candidate has knowledge of digital tools and technologies, excellent communication skills, and an interest in developing a career as an online trainer.

Main Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging online training sessions, clearly communicating content.
2. Ensure client satisfaction with project deliverables and training outcomes.
3. Support the coordination, organization, and facilitation of courses, workshops, and focus groups.
4. Depending on experience, create communication materials and support for training sessions.
5. Manage and collect feedback from participants.
6. Assist in the implementation of global digital transformation projects to promote technology adoption.

Required Skills and Competencies

1. Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and a commitment to continuous personal update.
2. Ability to deliver fluent training in Italian.
3. Experience in delivering both theoretical and experiential training content.
4. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and involve participants, making sessions interactive.
5. Interest in deepening training techniques, channels, and formats, especially for digital transformation projects.
6. Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse groups and backgrounds.
7. Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
8. Minimum of 3 years' experience as an online trainer in the digital field.
9. Experience working with corporate clients of various sizes and sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Fluent training delivery in English.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot.
3. Basic video editing skills.
