Job Description

This full-time position requires a talented Project Manager to oversee a wide range of renewable projects, including revamping, repowering, and EPC of photovoltaic power plants.

The role involves support from our Milan (Italy) administrative office to staff at all organizational levels involved in this exciting and ambitious growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and control the scope, program, budget, project team organization of revamping & repowering PV / Solar projects.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate the integrated work of project execution workstreams including construction management, technical management, procurement, project controls, and HSE.
• Provide clear and concise status reports regarding project planning, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Manage contracts, claims, and change orders with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Ensure compliance with project documentation and operational requirements.
• Manage project compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards.
• Coordinate communication between project parties: internal & external stakeholders, subcontractors, etc.
• Ensure Alectris maintains high-quality standards throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Lead a cross-functional team and deliver multiple projects against agreed milestones.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in electrical engineering or equivalent; knowledge of Italian electrical normative is a significant advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in photovoltaics.
• Proficiency in CAD for power plant design; knowledge of PVSyst is a plus.
• Knowledge of PV systems, KPIs, engineering economics, equipment, and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills in Italian and English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with limited directives.
• Proactive and flexible with an interest in innovative solutions.
• Interest in project management; prior experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.
