We are looking for a Business Development Engineer – Galvanic and Foundry Sector

Do you have a technical background, experience in the foundry or galvanizing industry, and a strong commercial development mindset?

A major global industrial company is launching a new business line in Italy and is looking for a key figure to lead it.

On behalf of a highly engineered international company with a solid presence in various markets and an established business in the United States, we are seeking a Business Developer Manager with experience in the galvanic and foundry sectors.

Role

The selected candidate will be the key point of contact for the development and management of the new galvanic and foundry business line, operating both nationally and internationally. The role involves direct interaction with both local and international teams, offering the opportunity to make a strategic impact in a high-potential sector. It is a highly entrepreneurial position, perfect for someone seeking a dynamic and challenging environment.

Who We Are Looking For

• Degree in Engineering (mechanical, chemical, or related fields)
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in the foundry or galvanizing sectors
• Fluent English (regular communication with international partners, especially in the USA)
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and results-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Excellent negotiation skills, leadership, and team-working abilities
