WORK PURPOSE:

• Ensure timely and quality delivery of goods and documents as indicated in the Purchase Order. Monitor the status of supplies throughout the entire supply execution period to meet contractual delivery dates. Perform Expediting Inspection activities. Supervise transportation activities.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Review Purchase Orders and all contractual documentation to check for discrepancies and prevent misunderstandings that could cause delays.
• Ensure the vendor supply schedule covers all phases of the supply cycle (engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, shipment preparation, and transportation) and complies with contract delivery terms and dates.
• Verify and expedite the issuance of all post-order documents by vendors, such as ITP, QCP, GAD, etc.
• Provide reliable and up-to-date information on supply progress according to delivery criticality.
• Monitor all supply chain phases to identify and manage potential delays and mitigate delays already detected.
• Ensure the timely availability of material certificates and test reports before the release of goods.
• Maintain continuous and accurate forecasting of milestones and expected delivery dates of goods.
• Ensure the availability of suitable shipping documentation to facilitate shipping and transportation of purchased materials.
• Use INCOTERMS 2010 edition.
• Inform project management about delivery times.
• Perform field expediting.

Required competencies:

• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must have experience working in EPC Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 6 years of overall experience in the oil & gas industry in a similar role.
• Documented experience inspecting skid units, valves, vessels, and steel structural components such as piperacks and buildings.
• Good knowledge and practice of IT programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
