A leading company in audio production seeks an experienced team leader to oversee the creation of engaging shows. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in audio production, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset. This remote position allows for flexibility while contributing to innovative content creation.

● Lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create excellent quality shows that keep listeners engaged and have maximum retention across all stages (show beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, show extensions etc).
● Analyze show performance and do root cause analysis if there is a drop in listener-ship at any point of a show.
● Manage the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions, aligning sound engineers, and post-production.
● Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, assembling, mixing, and publication of episodes for multiple shows.
● Work with the content and creation team to understand the content pipeline and plan resources accordingly.
● Contribute fresh ideas to keep content exciting and innovative, including suggestions regarding sound design, production process, and final output.
● Provide ongoing feedback to help host talent reach their full potential.
● Collaborate with Category Managers and Program Managers to help manage P&L for the category, including talent and talent reps.
● Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and ease in interacting with people from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
What we’re looking for
● 8+ years of relevant experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
● Command over Italian (native) and English (fluent).
● Audio work background is a plus.
● Passionate and knowledgeable about audio production, with innovative ideas for creating hit shows.
● Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills, capable of crafting world-class creative strategies and executing them.
● High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience interacting with talent and talent reps.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and comfort working with diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
Location: Anywhere in Italy (Remote Working).
Language Proficiency: English and Italian.
