Synergie, a branch in Empoli, is seeking an important leader in the luxury bathroom sector for the position of:

Junior Warehouse Worker - FURNITURE SECTOR

Position

The selected candidate will be integrated into the warehouse team and will work alongside experienced professionals. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and organizing the warehouse (loading/unloading goods, storage, inventory)
• Preparing orders and quality control of outgoing materials
• Supporting the assembly and installation of high-end bathroom furniture
• Collaborating with the technical and logistics team to ensure punctuality and accuracy in deliveries

Requirements

• Experience, even minimal, in warehouse or logistics roles
• Manual skills and familiarity with tools for small assemblies (experience with installing fixtures, frames, etc., is a plus)
• Reliability, precision, and teamwork attitude
• Driving license B; forklift certification is considered a plus
