Job Opportunity: Junior Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Technicians

Gi Group SpA, an employment agency authorized by the Ministry of Labour, is seeking specialized recruiters for technical profiles. We are recruiting for a manufacturing plant in the Milan hinterland of a leading food company.

Position: Junior Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Technicians (Junior and/or recent technical diploma holders)

The selected candidates will work in three shifts, responsible for troubleshooting, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities on the production plants to ensure proper operation and prompt restoration.

Ideal candidates will have a background in electronics/mechatronics/electrical/mechanical fields. We value practical skills, precision, problem-solving, initiative, flexibility, stress management, self-confidence, awareness, and teamwork.
