What you will do:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via emails, calls, and chats
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers step-by-step
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Document customer interactions
  • Improve support processes and procedures
  • Maintain high product knowledge
  • Stay updated with product changes
What you need to succeed:
  • Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support
  • Personal laptop (at least 8GB RAM) and stable internet (min. 50 Mbps download & 40 Mbps upload)
