Your Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders to customers in line with shipping schedules
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
• Ensure proper labelling and documentation of all items
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Collaborate and support with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries
• Support audits and inventory reports when required

What We’re Looking For

• +5 years experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role
• Language skills: Native or C1 level Italian, English B1, other languages are a plus
• Strong experience with logistic partners
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes and materials as needed
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude
• Knowledge of safety procedures in warehouse settings
