Job Description:

We are seeking a Seasonal Client Advisor for a prestigious luxury brand boutique in central Florence.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers and managing all retail activities.
• Providing excellent customer service and advice.
• Clienteling, CRM management, and storytelling of products and collections.
• Cash handling and customer loyalty activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous retail experience, even brief.
• Focus on customer loyalty.
• Good appearance, cheerful personality, and team-oriented.
• Excellent English language skills.

Candidates without experience but passionate about fashion and luxury, and customer service-oriented, will also be considered.

Work Details:

• Full-time (40 hours), working days from Monday to Sunday in shifts.
• Contract: Fixed-term, under the Commerce national collective agreement.
• Salary and benefits: Level and gross annual salary will depend on experience, plus meal vouchers.
