Job Description:

The resource will be integral to our operations, focusing on technical themes related to infrastructure processes and products. The role requires specific process competencies, dealing with detailed technical aspects of both processes and products within the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identifying hardware and software solutions
  2. Troubleshooting technical issues
  3. Diagnosing and repairing faults
  4. Installing and configuring hardware and software
  5. Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
  6. Guiding customers through actions to resolve problems
  7. Following up with clients to ensure resolution
  8. Replacing or repairing computer parts
  9. Supporting procedural documentation
  10. Managing multiple cases simultaneously
  11. Testing and evaluating new technologies
Profile Requirements:
  • Technical high-school diploma
  • Experience in tech support, desktop support, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 / Google Suite
  • Skills in Active Directory, DNS, SCCM
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Driving license and willingness to travel for business

Full On-site (North-East of Milan)
