Junior Business Analyst - Financial Services

Job Description:

Xchanging, a DXC Technology company, is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to be trained and involved in our Financial and Banking teams. You will be involved in our projects, contributing to client requests.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in interviewing clients, identifying business issues, and proposing solutions.
2. Assist in documenting and designing processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce costs, etc.) by creating roadmaps describing current and future customer environments.
3. Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops, and proposals.
4. Identify and manage changes to requirements and assess risks for the company’s clients.

Education and Skills:

• Degree in finance and/or economics.
• Proactive approach, data-driven mindset, ability to work in a team, and good communication skills.
• Interest in finance and banking fields.

Work Location: Milano (MI) with remote work possibility.
