Responsibilities
- Manage and develop assigned clients, exploring new business potential aligned with Würth Italia's commercial strategy, primarily within the construction and large industrial projects sectors.
- Collaborate closely with sales colleagues and specialized territorial figures such as Field Engineers, Logistics Promoters, and E-Business Specialists to maximize business opportunities.
- Map key companies and groups in the construction sector for new business development.
- Negotiate commercial conditions and ensure timely, standard-compliant supply of goods and services.
- Analyze business development trends of key clients.
- Participate in sector events and trade fairs.
- Coordinate with international Key Account Managers for clients with international agreements.

Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in construction or related fields.
- Fluent in English.
- Digital mindset, analytical skills, and business orientation.
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
- Proactive attitude, commitment, and healthy ambition.
- Ability to work towards objectives and stay updated on market trends.
- Enthusiastic, autonomous, with good communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with structured clients.
