Descrizione del lavoro

Job Description

The Workforce Management and Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and governing IT position changes, implementing IT people development frameworks, assessing IT competencies, and administering IT training programs.

  1. Further develop and implement the IT people development framework in alignment with the IT Global Org. Development Manager.
  2. Govern and support the assessment of IT competencies and skills (Functional Competency Assessment).
  3. Administer IT Trainings in LMS, generate reports, and provide first-line support for LMS issues.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR, Workforce Management, or Learning & Development.
  • Experience in a similar field within an international company is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR processes including workforce planning, people development, training development, and training needs analysis.
  • Data analytical skills, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Stakeholder management and learning agility.
  • Working knowledge of LMS solutions, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), PowerBi, and SharePoint development and maintenance.
