H-FARM Education - Support Role in Strategic Planning

H-FARM Education is an innovative educational hub in Italy offering international school programs, digital transformation courses, and higher education pathways focused on creativity, entrepreneurship, and digital skills.

We are seeking a support figure for our Strategic Planning team to assist with:

1. Key performance and market analysis;
2. Design and implementation support for company review/transformation projects;
3. Creation and monitoring of corporate reporting;
4. Definition and analysis of strategies and business models;
5. Management control;
6. Market analysis;
7. Excellent knowledge of the English language (at least B2);
8. Familiarity or aptitude for using digital platforms;
9. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Economics and Management, Economics and Finance, or Management Engineering;
10. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
11. Participation in some H-FARM College classes;
12. Access to conferences, talks, and events at H-FARM College and H-FARM;
13. Reimbursement of expenses and access to company canteen.
