Job Description:

For our activities (mainly in South Tyrol), we’re looking for a part-time Performance Marketing Specialist (Junior or Senior level) to support our team in developing and executing data-driven advertising strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in Google Products like Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio or even Power BI. Experience with Meta and LinkedIn campaigns is a plus.

What will you be doing:

You’ll play a key role in ensuring measurable success for our clients by setting up and optimizing campaigns (mainly on Google), managing tracking infrastructure, and supporting performance analysis. The position is flexible in terms of hours and collaboration model—we welcome applications for freelance or contract-based work, with one-day mandatory presence at our studio in Bolzano-Bozen.

You will work in a young, ambitious, and international team. We speak German, Italian, and English in our team and with our clients and partners. We work from South Tyrol, Vienna, Florence, and other cities in “real-time” together.

About You:

• You speak German and/or Italian, and of course English
• You have 2+ years of experience with online marketing activities and reporting
• Knowledge of the Meta, Google, LinkedIn ad tech-ecosystems, with a focus on Google, SEO, coding, website compliance, App Store Optimization (ASO)
• SEA/SEM and Tag Manager knowledge
• Experience in setting up tracking tags for ad platforms
• Good business sense and focus on performance
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Strong communicative skills, experience with project management, and ability to prioritize
• Adobe Suite or Drag-and-Drop Graphic Software knowledge is a plus
