What you’ll do

The Real Estate Technical Expert will be involved in the following activities.

The role is key to supporting smooth property transactions while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. You will work as part of a team responsible for managing borrower portfolios and interfacing with Private Equity clients to meet their objectives and deadlines.

• Evaluate properties in relation to zoning, land use, and legal compliance; identify and resolve issues with authorities; and ensure accurate, complete documentation aligned with local regulations.
• Oversee the end-to-end regularization process, implementing efficient procedures and monitoring timelines; ensure adherence to applicable laws, codes, and regulatory updates through regular audits;
• Collaborate with legal, financial, and technical teams to ensure timely deed execution; manage stakeholder communication and provide updates throughout the transaction process.

What you’ll bring

• Degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a strong track record in similar roles;
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail;
• Effective communicator and team player, capable of working with diverse stakeholders;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management tools; knowledge of cadastral and environmental regulations;
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well under pressure;
• Fluent in English and Italian essential (any other language would be considered as an asset);
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages (with key focus on Excel) with the ability to learn quickly other relevant systems.
