Job Description: Senior Audio Production Lead

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Audio Production Lead to oversee and support the creation of engaging radio shows and podcasts. The role involves leading a team, managing production schedules, and ensuring high-quality content that retains and grows our audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to create high-quality shows that maximize listener retention across all stages.
2. Analyze show performance and conduct root cause analysis for any drop in listenership.
3. Manage production schedules, oversee recording sessions, and coordinate with sound engineers and post-production teams.
4. Lead all aspects of audio production, including scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
5. Collaborate with content teams to plan resources according to the content pipeline.
6. Contribute innovative ideas related to sound design, production processes, and final output.
7. Provide feedback to talent to help them reach their full potential.
8. Work with Category and Program Managers to manage P&L and talent relations.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
2. Fluent in Italian (native) and English.
3. Background in audio work is a plus.
4. Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for creating hit shows.
5. Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills.
6. High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
7. Experience interacting with talent and their representatives.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Location: Remote, anywhere in Italy.
