Job Opportunity: Barkeeper at a&o Hostel Venice Mestre

We are looking for YOU to manage our lobby bar. We are also open to applications for roles as bartender, bar chef, mixologist, barman, barmaid, or career changer eager to provide a great guest experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Availability for evening shifts from 6pm onwards.
2. Support at the bar: preparing drinks such as spritzes and basic cocktails.
3. Cleaning the bar area, tables, and exteriors.
4. Basic preparation of toast, sandwiches, beers, and spritzes on the outside terrace.
5. Work responsibly, both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications and Preferences:

• Motivated, dynamic, and flexible personality.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in tourism or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages.
