Job Opportunity: Sales Account

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive individual who enjoys working towards goals to join our team in Venice. If you are interested in managing and organizing your work within a rapidly expanding private healthcare sector, this role could be ideal for you.

Key Activities and Responsibilities
  1. Report to the Commercial Manager.
  2. Study the territory to identify potential opportunities.
  3. Establish and maintain effective relationships with healthcare facilities and interconnected entities.
  4. Promote and incentivize the services offered by the Center.
  5. Recruit specialist doctors and ensure a steady influx into our facilities, supporting them initially and promoting their activities according to company strategy.
  6. Monitor market dynamics continuously to contribute to the growth of each location and achieve company goals.
Requirements and Skills
  • Strategic approach and empathy.
  • At least three years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in healthcare or related services.
  • Strong relational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours.
  • Willingness to travel within the Venice area.
  • Residence in Mestre or nearby.
