Position: Technical-Commercial Role in Ceramic Company

For a prominent ceramic company headquartered in the province of Modena, we are seeking a Technical-Commercial Specialist.

The division this resource will join aims to meet the needs of contemporary architecture by combining aesthetic design with technological and functional performance. The team consists of about 10 professionals (engineers and architects) who support designers and clients from initial concept selection through structural verification to manufacturing and installation, offering turnkey solutions.

The role involves both technical and business development responsibilities, focusing on technical design and client engagement.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and monitor project timelines in Italy and abroad;
• Develop graphical designs using AutoCAD;
• Prepare documentation, worksheets, and technical reports;
• Promote products and liaise with architecture, design, and engineering firms;
• Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team for ventilated facades and technical flooring.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (building, civil, or architectural engineering) or Architecture;
• Recent graduate or with up to 1 year of professional experience (e.g., in design studios);
• Excellent knowledge and use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;
• Advanced proficiency in English, with knowledge of a second foreign language being a plus;
• Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and abroad;
• Dynamism, proactivity, good interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational and management abilities.
