About the Role

As a Project Manager at InterSystems you will be at the forefront of healthcare transformation, overseeing TrakCare implementations from inception to successful delivery. You'll orchestrate project lifecycles, balancing scope, timelines, and budget, while fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Working closely with clinical and technical stakeholders, you will bring clarity, strategy, and leadership to every project phase, according to InterSystems’ proven ARIES Customer Engagement Methodology.

This role involves on-site engagements with customers, so frequent travels to client sites may be required as an essential part of this role, ensuring seamless project execution and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead and coordinate high-impact healthcare IT projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners to maximize collaboration and efficiency
• Define project objectives, mitigate risks, and oversee milestone tracking with precision
• Maintain exceptional communication across all levels, including executive stakeholders
• Oversee contracts and proactively manage project challenges as they arise
• Drive customer satisfaction and long-term success through strategic stakeholder engagement

What You Bring

• A proven track record in project management, delivering integrated healthcare solutions in client-facing roles
• Deep expertise in full project lifecycles, from kickoff to execution, go-live, and closure
• 3+ years of experience with Health Information Systems (HIS) or direct healthcare exposure
• Strong skills in budget forecasting, time tracking, and resource optimization
• Demonstrated success leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
• Powerful communication and stakeholder management abilities, influencing across all organizational levels
• Experience navigating complex contracts, including third-party agreements
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise software development processes and technical architectures
• Project Management Certifications
