Job Description:

Summary: We are looking for a bright and experienced individual to follow our established sales network in the former CIS countries and develop the market by expanding the customer portfolio and introducing new products and solutions for local agriculture.

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer accounts, generating product demand, providing technical sales support to our distributors, and guiding the registration of new products.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Build working relationships with distributors/dealer network in the assigned territory.
  2. Establish excellent professional relationships with customers and professionals throughout the agricultural industry.
  3. Organize and supervise field trials, field days, promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing activities in cooperation with the distributors and HAS (Huber AgroSolutions) marketing and technical team.
  4. Set and achieve sales budgets and objectives.
  5. Deliver training for first-level distributor staff on HAS Technology and solutions.
  6. Collect market information on dealers, retail locations, growers, prices, agronomical trends, etc.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or related fields.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in selling agricultural products, preferably agricultural biotechnology.
  3. Detailed knowledge of common agronomic crops and production practices, especially plant nutrition.
  4. Ability to quickly learn and apply scientific concepts and become an expert on our product portfolio.
  5. Fluency in English and Russian; possession of a Russian passport.
  6. Outstanding communication skills—effective verbal and written communication of detailed product information and technical concepts to customers, distributors, agronomists, researchers, and growers, in environments ranging from large presentations to one-on-one meetings.
  7. Well-organized and self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams.
  8. Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  9. PCA License preferred.
  10. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  11. Willingness to travel abroad.
