Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As a Project Manager, Supply Chain Planning you will help implement the End-to-End Planning solution. This will include deploying Merchandise Financial Planning, Allocations and Replenishment, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning and Long-Range Planning processes and technology solutions. The role will support, coordinate and execute project tasks across the complete project lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, the project team and our system integration partner, to ensure that the project goals are met in alignment with company objectives, maintaining consistency in project standards and facilitating communication and support throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:

The ERP and Business Applications department is comprised of a team of technical professionals and subject matter experts who know and understand the tools that we use to support the business. We strategically define business cases, prioritize projects, and deliver ERP and Commercial projects, ensuring that dependencies are mapped out and sequenced to deliver the overall technology roadmap. Together, we host, manage, and improve a range of technical tools for all aspects of design, business, finance, logistics, global sales, and many other heroes within the organization.

If you were the Project Manager, Supply Chain Planning now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

• Assisting with project initiation by gathering requirements, supporting scope definition, and coordinating initial planning activities.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and schedules in alignment with overall project objectives and milestones.
• Working collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders to support functional and technical deliverables, managing expectations, and tracking progress.
• Coordinating internal resources and external vendors as needed, providing regular updates to project stakeholders and ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Monitoring project risks and issues, documenting them as necessary, and assisting in the development of risk mitigation plans.
• Participating in change management activities to support successful project adoption, including coordinating training sessions and preparing change-related materials.
• Maintaining effective communication across project teams, reporting on project status, and ensuring that issues are escalated and addressed in a timely manner.
• Supporting post-implementation activities by gathering feedback and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Contributing to project documentation, decision tracking, and ensuring that the project aligns with the established Technology delivery frameworks.

• Solving complex problems with peers in ERP and Corporate application teams to meet continuing developing business needs.
• Looking for ways to optimize, automate and reduce non-value-added tasks.
• Partnering with our Sourcing, Supply Chain, MP&A, Omnichannel and Finance amongst other business teams on deliverables.
• Supporting the planning and execution of ongoing Planning system upgrades and enhancements.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the ERP and Technology team.
• Expanding your experience in project management methodology, tools, and planning system functionality as part of our commitment to professional development.

Are you our next Project Manager, Supply Chain Planning?

• You have a relevant university degree or technical diploma and 5+ years of experience in Technology project management, particularly deploying end-to-end planning systems like Blue Yonder, JDA, o9, Anaplan etc.
• You have experience in deploying MFP, Allocations & Replenishment; Demand Planning; Supply and Demand Planning, S&OP business processes and solutions.
• You have familiarity with ERP systems (SAP S4), understanding of key project phases, and awareness of the project lifecycle within a business environment.
• You are highly organized and skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing timelines in a fast-paced setting.
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• You demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.
• You are adaptable and can balance independent work with collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
• JIRA, Confluence, PMP, Activate, or Scrum certifications are an asset, though not required.
• You have a continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to learn, supporting both individual and organizational growth.

Salary: $94,000 - $129,000 a year

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$94,000 - CAD$129,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience.
