We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Italy’s residential business segment. The ideal candidate is based near Treviso, fluent in English, and has a background in executing strategic as well as operational marketing initiatives. This role requires a hands-on manager who can develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to drive market growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy.
- Oversee marketing budget and manage the execution of online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Lead B2B and B2C marketing campaigns using a mix of digital advertising, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and performance-driven marketing.
- Organize exhibition and customer facing events to promote our brand.
- Manage social media channels and content creation, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across platforms.
- Collaborate with customers on co-marketing initiatives to expand market share.
- Create compelling marketing content, such as case studies, sales presentations, social media campaigns, and thought leadership pieces.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business development goals and revenue growth.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and maintain a strong regional presence.
- Prepare and deliver marketing performance reports and presentations for the Country Manager, providing strategic insights and recommendations for continued growth.
Requirements:
Professional Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in renewables, technology, power electronics, or electric vehicles.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with CRM tools, automation platforms, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with cross-regional initiatives and multi-channel marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize marketing performance and to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Native Italian, fluent in English.
- Spanish language knowledge.
